Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HyvenFoods ("the Platform"), a product of Hyven Technologies and Solutions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Accounts
You may create a user, chef, or (where invited) administrator account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
3. User Conduct
- You agree not to misuse the Platform or attempt to disrupt its services.
- Reviews and messages must be respectful and free of abusive, defamatory or unlawful content.
- You must not copy, redistribute or commercialise content (including recipes) without permission.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Premium plans (1 day, 2 weeks, 1 month) are one-time payments processed via Paystack. Benefits include unlocking premium custom dishes and, for chefs, the ability to create custom dishes and display a verified badge. Premium benefits apply for the selected duration.
5. Content Ownership
Dishes uploaded by you remain yours; by uploading you grant HyvenFoods a licence to display them on the Platform. Admin-uploaded content is owned by Hyven Technologies and Solutions.
6. Blocking & Termination
We may block or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Blocked accounts will not be able to log in. Premium access lost due to a violation is not refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Recipes and nutritional information are provided for general informational purposes. HyvenFoods and Hyven Technologies and Solutions are not liable for outcomes of following recipes. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
